    Reinforcement truss floor deck material and material performance description
    1. Reinforcing bars: steel bars used in making steel bar trusses, main bars of upper and lower chords, supporting bars (vertical bars, horizontal bars)
    Unified as hot-rolled HRB400 steel bars (third-grade steel bars). The web members can be hot-rolled HPB235 steel bars or cold-rolled smooth round 550 steel bars, and the mechanical properties of the steel bars should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Specification for Design of Concrete Structures" and "Cold Rolled Ribbed Steel Bars"
    2. Profiled steel plate: The thickness of the bottom mold of the reinforced truss floor deck should be 0.5mm profiled steel plate, and the quality should meet the requirements of the current national standard "Profiled steel plate for construction" GB/12755, which is used for cold-formed profiled steel plate. Hot-dip galvanized steel should be selected for the base plate. The galvanized layer should comply with the current national standard "Continuous Hot-dip Galvanized Sheet and Strip" GB/2518. The standard value of the strength of the steel plate has a guarantee rate of not less than 95%.

    Requirements for the manufacture and structure of steel truss panels


    1. The contact points of the truss node and the base film are evenly spot welded, and the measured bearing capacity of the spot welding should not be less than the requirements in the table on the previous page;
    2. The diameter of steel truss bars should be determined by calculation, but the diameter of chords should not be less than 6mm, and the diameter of webs should not be less than 4mm;
    3. The distance between adjacent upper chords of two reinforced trusses is 188mm/200mm;
    4. The web bar of the steel bar truss should be welded on both sides of the end of the upper chord bar (intersection with the vertical bar of the support) at the place where the welding of the web bar of the steel bar truss starts;
    5. The thickness of the concrete protection for the lower chord of the steel bar truss is 20~ 30mm;
    6. When determining the length of the slab, the anchorage length of the lower chord bar of the truss extending into the beam side shall not be less than 5 times the diameter of the lower chord bar, and not less than 50mm.

     

     

     

    Thick plate design


    It is mainly designed for floor slabs with a thickness greater than 200mm, such as 250mm thick or 300mm thick. The following solutions can be adopted: floor bearing slab is used as a template in the construction phase, and the lower truss reinforcement refers to the force applied during the use phase, and the upper truss reinforcement Do not participate in the use of force.
